Steamroller is a fast-paced action game for the ColecoVision home console, created by Cheshire Engineering in collaboration with Intellivision Productions.

Players take control of a steamroller tasked with maintaining a crumbling road, constantly repairing potholes before they turn into dangerous manholes.

As you navigate the road, beach balls roll into your path — run them over to pop them for extra points. But be careful: if a beach ball falls into a manhole, it transforms into a beach bomb that can damage your steamroller. Timing and precision are essential to survive as the road continues to break down around you.

In single-player mode, avoid collisions with the computer-controlled steamroller except in the final seconds of the round, when striking it can score big. In two-player mode, the challenge intensifies — push your opponent into the deadly beach bombs to gain the advantage.

Blending arcade-style reflex gameplay with strategy, Steamroller remains a standout title in the ColecoVision library, offering both challenge and charm for fans of retro gaming history.
