Hitchhiker by Mad About Pandas and Versus Evil

Players piece together their memories by catching rides with strangers across the country who provide clues to your character’s past and solutions to various environmental puzzles.

The narrative-driven interactive gameplay revolves around five distinct Hitch-hiked rides players take trying to recover lost memories through dialogue with an eclectic mix of drivers, each with their own quirky character traits.

Despite the calm aesthetic, each dialogue holds a sinister undertow that builds the suspense during the player's journey.

Hitchhiker is recipient of several award nominations and wins based on it's First Ride Prototype including Intel Buzz Workshops Developer Award, and winner of the Game Connection Best Story award. The game was also an Innovation in Game nominee at Ludiscious, the Zurich Game Festival in 2018.
