Fort Triumph is a turn-based tactics (TBT) game featuring physics-based combat, set in a classic, whimsical fantasy world. The plot is a witty parody of fantasy tropes. The player leads and develops a band of heroes through missions in which they must defeat enemies by exploiting dynamic environments in various ways.

Combining the combat, permadeath, and procedural maps of XCOM with the fantasy world exploration of Heroes of Might and Magic, Fort Triumph can be described as a fantasy XCOM. With a bright color palette, and cheerful soundtrack, it is a lighthearted game that can be played in local co-op or PvP for up to 8 players.


Utilize your surroundingsFort Triumph’s turn-based combat is focused on physics and weaponizing the environment. Every tree or boulder is a potential weapon in battle.

Strategize. Choose between four factions and four classes. Build your base, gather resources, and defend it from siege. Adjust the difficulty level to suit novice and veteran tacticians.

Grow your heroes. Experiment combining new traits and cross-class skills, making every playthrough with a new character unique!

Explore procedurally generated maps. Fort Triumph features flexible world maps with variable locations and events. Each battle calls for a new plan.
