King’s Valley for ColecoVision – Retro Adventure Puzzle Game by Team Pixelboy

King’s Valley is a retro adventure and puzzle-platform game released for the ColecoVision home gaming console by Team Pixelboy.

Players step into the boots of Vick, a daring English adventurer from Manchester, who journeys to the legendary Valley of the Pharaohs. His goal is to uncover the Mystery Jewels, ancient artifacts said to hold the secret of eternal life in the Kingdom of the Sun God.

The jewels are hidden deep within secret pyramids, heavily guarded by cursed mummies. Each pyramid is designed with intricate passageways and puzzles that require both careful exploration and resourcefulness. To aid his quest, Vick can use knives and pickaxes, tools left behind by ancient Egyptian builders, to defend himself against threats and open hidden routes to new chambers.

Gameplay blends puzzle-solving, action, and exploration. Players must navigate mazes, outwit enemies, and collect all the Mystery Jewels in order to advance. The lurking mummies increase the tension, ensuring every decision carries weight.
